Removing Duplicated Processes

One of the UK's leading luxury motor yacht dealers acquired a proprietary marketing system from a major national publishing company. This package contained its own database system, which was used to update the publisher's website with goods for sale. Our client was manually updating their own website through a separate database. Working with the publisher, Immagini was able to eliminate one of the databases, such that both websites could be powered from one source of data, removing duplicated work, and ensuring both systems were always synchronised.

Multi-lingual Extranet and IBM iSeries Integration

The European headquarters of a well-known Japanese electronics manufacturer wished to expose some of the capabilities of their bespoke midrange IBM system to facilitate e-commerce and related account management facilities for their European dealer network. Immagini worked with the midrange developer to deliver a multi-lingual dealer extranet.

Immagini designed and engineered a complete business support system for a computer service and support business. Covering every aspect of the business from call handling, job management, time and expenses recording, to invoicing and management reporting, the system uses FOSS tools throughout and has been in successful daily operation since 2003.
